What is Orbdit?
Orbdit is a calm, private space for making wishes at meaningful moments (like 11:11) and revisiting them over time. Your wishes and private reflection writing are stored on your device. Device backups and anything you choose to share are controlled separately.
Do I need an account?
No Orbdit sign-up or email is required to use the app. Purchases and restoration use the Apple or Google account used to buy them. Limited purchase, diagnostic and usage information is described in the Privacy Policy.
How do notifications work?
You choose the moments you want to be reminded (for example your sync-window time). All reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Turn them on or off in Orbdit's Settings, or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Orbdit or Android Settings → Apps → Orbdit → Notifications (labels may vary by device). We never send marketing or promotional notifications.
Is my data private?
Your wishes, notes, photos, journey answers and reflection writing are not uploaded to our servers. You control any sharing, and your operating system may include eligible data in backups. Purchase, diagnostic and usage services use limited information, including pseudonymous identifiers. The Founding counter keeps minimal purchase records; session replay is disabled and Orbdit does not display ads. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings → Privacy → Delete all data to remove the app's local content. This does not erase device backups, previously exported images, purchase-provider records or the Founding counter. For a privacy request, email contact@truffletechs.com.
What is Orbdit+?
Orbdit+ unlocks additional features. It is available through monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions, or through the one-time Founding 1111 offer while available. The app shows the current features, price and purchase terms before you buy.
What is Founding 1111?
Founding 1111 is a limited one-time (non-subscription) purchase for early supporters.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
For iOS purchases, go to iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. For Android purchases, open Google Play Subscriptions using the purchasing Google account. See Google Play's cancellation guidance if you need help. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Orbdit and use “Restore Purchases” on the Orbdit+ screen. Use the Apple or Google account that made the purchase on that platform. This does not promise transfer of purchases between iOS and Android.
I want a refund.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one. For Android purchases, see Google Play's refund guidance or contact us. Refund eligibility follows the applicable store rules and consumer law.
How do the widgets work?
On Android, add Orbdit home-screen widgets using your launcher's widget picker. On iOS, widgets are also available on the lock screen and in StandBy. They show limited display information such as a glyph, countdown, generic wish-state badge or Founding theme, without your private writing or photos.
I found a bug or have a suggestion.
Email contact@truffletechs.com with a short description (include your app version, device model and iOS or Android version if it's a bug). Please avoid including private writing or payment details unless needed for your request.
